    Default New Guy from Canada

    Hello!

Long time lurker, decided it was about time to become active on the site so here I am :)

I started wetshaving just a few months ago, the Merkur 180C was more of an impulse buy than anything, but it was inexpensive and I thought I'd give it a go. Best decision I've ever made. Not only has my skin cleared up, but it's become softer and more supple. The amount of soaps and blades out there is staggering, and there's never a dull moment for me exploring as much as I can.

    See you around the site,
    -Jake

Welcome to B&B! Good job on finding a razor you like! Yes I posted not too long ago about how my face has cleared up since starting traditional wet shaving. Could be many variables; better soap, taking better care of your skin, witch hazel, alum blocks, etc., or all of the above.

There is plenty of stuff to go around to not get bored, good luck and enjoy your journey! Plenty of helpful folks around here!

Get it, Never a "dull" moment.....
Razors don't shave people. People shave people!

There are three critical types of moments in life: Times when we should use opportunity to be enamoured with finer details, and times we should ignore the minutia.

Welcome to B&B even if you are a Canuck!

Now as a Yank I can understand a Canuck but, I can't understand Canadians.

Now either you speak French, or you speak the Queen's English but, in either case I want to welcome you to B&B.

Now don't forget to add an Open Comb Razor to your Safety Razor Collection as they offer one of the best shaves you can get.

And there is never a dull moment when you are shaving with a new razor blade.

Now I am off to see if I can find another Open Comb Razor.
    BOTOC - :)
