Those are all the later models and are generally considered less "aggressive" than the earlier ones.

My 2 cents: I love my G-bar. Its my favorite razor. but yeah it is a little mild I suppose.

As part of the Magnificent SEven, using a push-button, if that is a milder SE, then how aggressive are the older ones?

Maybe this is a good thread to ask about SE blades. What are the top blades. Cost? Best place to buy?

There is a group buy going on right now in the Safety Razor Blades forum for GEM PTFE coated blades. A top-tier blade, maybe THE top blade out there from what I have read. Link below.

SE's are the unsung heroes in the safety razor world. They are not bad at all and give great shaves. I think what you have in your arsenal is a pretty good SE gauge for performance.

I can't really contribute to your collection, as my preferred SE is the humble but brilliant Gem 1912. I've tried nearly every model that Gem ever produced, and the 1912 is my favorite without question. I have yet to try a Damaskeene, though, and I know Tom has a thing for them, so you may be ahead of my game.

That's the beauty, there are two, maybe three, kinds of blades to chose from and once you try them, you'll know whether they work for you or not. None of this trying out 50 different blades in a vein search for the ultimate shave

My list includes: a Gem G-Bar, a Gem Jr, a Le Touriste, a Valet AutoStrop, and a Star Lather Catcher. I have the Wilkinson Empire on its way at this time. I hope to get my hands on a Gem Jr Bar, Damaskeen, Rolls, Darwin, Streamline, and Clog Proof. I'm not asking too much, am I?

Ha! I was going to start with some pics & page on Wilkinson Sword, over the weekend, as these seem to be cropping up, of late.

Not really. There are guys here that have forgotten more about SE's than I'll ever forget.
