    Default Cocobolo Emillion

My attempt at the Rooney Emillion style handle. I thought it would be a fun profile to try and turn. Just wanted to share.

Thanks. The handle is 60mm long and about 40mm wide at the top and bottom, with the bottom being a fraction of a mm wider.

Thanks, though I can't take credit. I was just trying to copy a design.

    Great work Joe.

IMHO, the Emillion shape handle seems to want a fan shaped knot.

Great work on that handle. It looks real nice. I love that shape with the contrast of the wood grain.

Ive never tried a fan shaped knot. I ordered a few acrylic blanks and I am going to make myself a brush using alternative horn as the handle. I am considering ordering myself a couple of more knots- a fan shaped knot and a big ol' 30mm TGN Finest.
