Would you rather have a woman or a man shave you?

Should've had a fifth choice, None of the above. I realize I'm in the super minority here, but I have absolutely no desire to be shaved by anyone but me.

+1. I'll join you in that minority. I feel exactly the same way. However, if forced to choose I think I'd go for an older, experienced male barber. It's not about sex or titillation. It's about the shave. Much as I love the fairer sex, I think I'd find the female thing a bit distracting.

I happily tolerate contact with a male barber. But I enjoy contact with a female barber. Even if she isn't too good looking, if truth be told.
No sense in denying the simple pleasures.

I'm kind of torn on this one. I think an older experienced male would really know what a man would be looking for in a shave, but then there's something to be said about the female touch.

I would go for the competent attractive women for just about anything. But after thinking about it, I would think that if I got an excellent grooming experience that left me feeling very confident and handsome, I could probably get more dates. hmm....choices

I tend to prefer male barbers in general. It seems that barber shops - true barber shops - are an endangered species nowadays, and I appreciate the last spots where a man can, well, be a man and be at ease with being so. Women have their haunts, and we should have ours.
