but still you can buy them over the counter down here at lou's police supply in hialeah.... you have to fill out your federal paperwork and get that stuff squared away.....

once you have your tax stamp and paperwork you can buy and play with it till your hearts content...

Indeed you can...but the less involvement I have with BATFE in my daily life, the better
