Does ketchup belong on a hot dog?

Everyone will tell you "no," but I beg to differ. Make your hot dog with good mustard, the very sharpest cheddar cheese, onions piled high (no relish), and then ketchup. Then tell me if ketchup belongs on a hot dog or not.

I am fine with ketsup on dogs. Really though, I prefer to put every condiment I can find on them... if at a ball park with the pumps of relish, mustard, ketsup, onions... it's all going on! But then again I am a fat bastich. I seem to recall a bit by The Man Show about going to the ball-park and paying outrageous prices for a hot dog, so you make it back by loading a ton of condiments on it. I thought it was so true. I wish there were a clip of that on youtube I could link. Oh, Chili, Cheese and onions... probably my favorite combo in case anyone wants to invite me over for a cookout...

Normally I would say no, Ketchup does not belong on a hot dog. However there is one exception that should be noted and that is Currywurst. Sliced hot dog in a delicious curry ketchup served with fries, very popular in Berlin Germany.
