It s very comfortable, I love it, but I like some weight and heft. I thought the smooth finish would make it hard to hold onto, but not at all.

Besides knowing the weight of a razor, which is always nice, I was wondering if any of you could tell me how many millimeters is the thickness of the handle for EJ DE89 Barley.

I'm thinking about building some kind of shelf on which I would hang the razors through holes drilled in there. Haven't got an EJ yet, but I would very much like to, so if I get the dimensions right I can build it straight away.

I had absolutely no idea that Futur and Vision weigh the same. ANd I have to admire that long handled Mergress.

Here's one to start. Clockwise from top left:

2011 R41 head with original handle 63 grams, Parker 91R handle 76 grams,

Merkur style stainless 82grams, Cooncat Bob Bull Mastiff XL 120grams.
