Access Denied message

Why do I still see this message when I try to view certain posts? Most recent, when I try to view the post here:

I get this:

I have been getting this for months now. I believe I meet the defined criteria to be able to view these pages. Perhaps an admin could help.

Thanks for explaining that. It would be nice to receive a less ambiguous error, every time I got that page, I though I'd broken some rule and had my privileges revoked.
