It depends. Holding it with one hand for more than a few minutes may not be possible. However, I think the idea behind this 13.3 inch tab is that it is the same size as a Macbook screen. Therefore, all you need is a bluetooth keyboard and mouse and it works as your main computer as well.

It'll be heay to told and use as a tablet. I've got an Asus Transformer 10.1 and I find I use it more with the clip on keyboard, like a laptop than I do as a tablet. I'm currently in the market for a 7-8 inch tablet to use when I'm on the train commute to and from work so the Toshiba 7.7 might be worth a look.

I'm not really enamored with Android tablets. Android seems a bit of a hot mess. Windows 8 with the Metro interface is going to be appearing soon on tablets. I think it will be a much nicer and complete experience. If you want a more complete PC like experience, it will be easier on a Win 8 tablet, but you can also use it as a regular simple tablet. I've been running Windows 8 for a month now (consumer preview), and it's nice.

Have you used the new 4.0 "Ice Cream Sandwich" operating system for Android? It is supposed to be really great.

Having a Dell Streak and a Motorola Xoom I am not impressed with Android for my day to day needs. I have flashed both devices with all sorts of custom ROMS, all of them are buggy. The stock ROM from Dell is awful and most custom ROMS, even from DJ_Steve have issues. The release of ICS (4.03) on the Xoom is at least stable but I find the lack of quality applications to be bothersome.

The reality is when it comes to tablets the one I use the most day is the iPad, simply for the long battery life, light weight, and better quality apps. I will however be all over the Windows 8 tablets once released, as then I will be able to run the programs that I use and need for work.
