I've never had a problem lathering MWF. It's performed superbly from day one. I can't say enough good things about this soap. If one were a minimalist, this soap would be all you would need.

Could anyone measure the refill puck to see how wide it is? I would like a fairly accurate measurement as I want to fit it in a mug or bowl of some sort prefferably without having to grate it!

The refill puck I have is 3 inches in diameter by 1 inch thick (76.2 mm x 25.4 mm).

Here is my travel MWF that I made using an aluminum screw-top tin I ordered from West Coast Shaving.

Bottom Line for someone new reading this thread: Buy it. It's $12.95 for a puck. If you don't like it, PM me and we can work something out. It's that good.

Tried MWF for first time yesterday. It took slightly longer to lather. I was able to get a real good face lather. Felt very slick and shave was great. I just wished it had a stronger scent. I really enjoy the scent of my soap when I am shaving. My favorite scent right now is RR MdB.
