Some treats for me and some for my blades.
I got the Floids and the Trumpers Sandalwood. Told my wife the blue was discontinued and she said to buy more or I'd regret it. So I did. More bottles on the way.
My blades got 25 ea. of 5 um and 1um lapping films. Should have some razors early next week.

I really got lucky it was in very good condition, all it needed was a quick scrub and some rubbing alcohol.
Have the same countertop. Mine is a 58? flairtip superspeed Nice.

It has been quite awhile since something has caught my eye but this afternoon I found a nearly full bottle of Old Spice Fresh. The juice is still good. That was an easy $4 sale.

Well I thought I'd have a dozen or so coming in until I got a call today from a friend. Picked up 41 straights and two DE's plus an assortment of other stuff.
The Ronson is a very clever piece with a blade sharpener built right in. You unscrew the handle, the head pops up and rotates so each edge of a DE blade can be honed.
    The razors are as follows.
Row 1. Larkin, Lauton & Son, Torrey, Torrey, Torrey with Gimbel's brothers on the scales, Geo. Wostenholm, Henkels, Real, ( Germ) Tonsorial Gem, The Artist ( Germ)

Row 2. MFG in Eng.spec for H.L.G. co. , Geneva, Tower Brand, Heilman & Stein, Erik Anton frameback Sweden, C.W. Dahlgren frameback Sweden, T. Hessenbruch, Blue Steel Brandt Co. Ger. , J Scott Hand forged, Sextoblade trade sample not for sale,
Row 3 Lewis, Columbus by Kraut & Dohnal, Jupiter Pacific Bs co. , Comfort Freida Baurman & Sohn. , Bowdins Wedge, Genco, Boker X-tra Hollow, Boker Unrivaled, Classic,
    Jos. Elliot Rangoon,
Row 4 Goshen Cutlery, Shumates Barber, Geo. Wostenholm IXL 15/16, Jos. Elliot 13/16 Chinese razor, F Reynolds 15/16, Imperial for Margreaves 7/8, Curtin & Clark, W&B Gentlemans Razor #2, W&B 4" razor , mini corn razor.

A flea market trip today got me:

A Gem Contour (I'm pretty sure, could be a II, but it is soaking)
    An Old Spice Mug
ANd an Ever-Ready Black Max in the box
    $5

    2 used Ever-Ready brushes @ $1 each

An Old Type, almost all brass, but NO CRACK
    $3

    A Krona
    A Black Beauty
    And a Slim Adjustable
$6 from what may have been a tweaker who told me to check back next week.

I picked this sterilizer at a local antique store yesterday. It has 2 glass shelves on the inside that, as you can see, works great for storage of a lot of my toys.

Just because it's sharp, does not mean it's smooth.

So far (only half-way through April right?), 2 Gillette New OCs (long & short) that are pictured below, and an Ever Ready 100 red/white that I'll be putting a 22mm 2-band Finest from TGN into this week. Gotta say, I think I love OCs.
