I have to let you folks know that sometimes you get positive surprises in terms of fast service and sometimes your jaw just drops...

Last week when I couldn't wait for the BGS2012 behive nat. horse to be back in stock any longer, I sent a mail to Juan at Gifts and Care to ask for a special order of Vie-Longs 13061. As the website only offers bulb shape and I'm more a fan kind of guy. After a few mails back and forth he let me know that VieLong confirmed that they will do a custom (SOC 2-band style shape) in natural (brown) horse hair. I ordered on May 5th (threw 250 Super Irdidiums in the cart, too) and the brush and baldes arrived today (May 10th) in NJ ... When I came home and saw the envelope I couldn't believe it.
