I was just wondering if anyone has used this, its the same house that makes Drakar Noir. I actually saw it at a dollar tree near me.

Bought a bottle blindly based on good reviews. Sold it after one skin test. I remember it as very harsh, even acrid to the point of burning my nose.

I have it and love it. It's certainly strong, so any impression of a 'watery-weak' fragrance that the bottle may give you, get that outta your head.
It's a unique scent that I wear occasionally, and I feel that it would really shine on a casual Friday in the office in Spring. It would last all day through til after-work drinks and still smell fresh.
The problem with Arsenal is that they always try to walk it in!
It's unique, and pretty hard to describe, to be honest.
It's a strong, fresh, green, floral fougere that also has wood and aldehyde notes in there.
Confused? Yup, that's Horizon to me. There's so much going on that unless you really concentrate, it's nigh impossible to pick out individual notes.
Ordinarily I prefer my fragrances to be a bit more simple, with a nice progression from one clearly defined accord to another, but something about Horizon just works for me.
The fact alone that it's a fresher fragrance that lasts all day and projects like a woody oriental makes it interesting enough to warrant having.

For a dollar, get me 10!!!!!!
Me thinks I'm going to have to make a trip back Stateside quite soon and check out some of these frag bargains!
