    Default Thayers Witch Hazel

So I know that Thayers Witch Hazel has a lot of supporters here on B&B. I went to go get some, but there are so many choices. So my question is which is your favorite Thayers. The options are the ones I could find at drugstore.com so I'm not sure if it is an all inclusive list.

My favourite are the Original and the Lemon, both with alcohol.

I love the Lavender version. tried the Rose but found it to be a little strong and the smell (sent?) stuck around to long.
I am not wise. If I thought I was, I wouldn't learn anything.

On a side note, I have been applying mine with a small spray bottle. You can really smell the more subtle scents when applied this way, and it is very easy. Lavendar is good out of it, but I have not smelled the others.
I could probably load Tabac on a Q-tip and still get a decent lather

I have only tried the Aloe Vera Super Hazel which I like a lot. I does not sting like the high alcohol content aftershaves.

I like the lemon without alcohol. Although I kid myself into beliving cucumber is more soothing - at least that way I have worked through more than half of the small bottle.

I have used: cucumber, rose, lemon, alcohol free original, and medicated. I currently have all except the cucumber. The rose is my favorite. The lemon is ok, the alcohol free original will be treated with some EO. The medicated is a little different. It has both alcohol and peppermint oil, so it is great for a rough shave. However, the peppermint oil makes it a little more difficult to rinse off, and I find I use it less than the others. I gave a bottle of the Rose to SWMBO, and I have talked her into using it nightly, after she showers, and before she puts on her nightly creams. It has made a real difference in her combination skin, and she loves it as well.

I've only tried the lemon (and like it). Cucumber seems interesting. Is the scent strong?

so close between rose and lavender...but rose wins for me i think. it's just so orgasmically pleasant to apply after a great shave. i wouldn't use it if the scent stuck around afterward, but if i get to enjoy it and nobody has to smell it on me afterward.....then i'm in

I like the Lavender, I keep it in the refridgerator. It is sold at the GNC ( general nutrition center) in town.

I got the peach in a Thayer's sample package. It has a nice soft peach sent. Haven't had any problem with it burning. It says with aloe vera formula.I can't read the fine print on the sample bottle, so without going to the Thayer's Web site I can't tell if it has any alcohol. Biggest problem with ordering from the Web site is the cost of shipping, but buying the samples is a great way to see what you like. The sample bottles are 2 fl oz. My favorite is the lavender. The peach was a close second.

Cucumber and aloe is my go-to. Light, refreshing, pleasant scent that doesn't linger. Outstanding stuff.

    Peach!!

I tried the rose, but after a bottle of peach I was sold forever. A real joy to use.

For me the Rose Petal has the most pleasant aroma while providing great results. It took me a while to get used to the Lavender aroma - but I like it now, just not as much as the Rose Petal.
