I used this RazoRock soap this morning for the first time. As always, the Razorock performs brilliantly, but alas, this scent is not for me. I adore citrus scents, the reason for buying it, but it is so "chemical", I couldn't wait to end the shave to be perfectly honest.

I disagree about the "chemical" smell to RR. If anything I feel that the AOS lemon is almost overpowering, while the RR lemon is present, but light. As with all thing, YMMV.

I agree with the chemical smell. It reminds me of Alka-Seltzer lemon lime. I can tolerate it but I'm not a big fan. I'm still trying to find the right citrus scent.

This was my first ever soap. I love it, use it ever 4 shaves or so. I let it air out a bit, and now it smells positively delicious.

To OP: I love that soap. I see what people mean about the "chemical" smell - to me it was a bit worrisome in the tub, but once lathered it smelled quite pleasant. I love the quality of the lather, too.

Recent excellent citrus smells I've tried were Mike's Natural Soap Orange/Cedarwood/Black Pepper, and Mystic Waters lime.

AOS lemon cream is awesome smelling, but somewhat irritating to my face.

Palmolive Lemon is good as well, TOBS has a lemon/lime I want to try and JM Frasers original has a light citrus scent and is amazingly low priced and a top notch performer.

I have the TOBS lemon/lime. It's nice, but not stellar. Has an interestingly sweet interpretation of the scent.
