Caveat emptor! I try to go through life without getting my undies in a bundle over things like this. There are more important things in my life than the amount of bubbles, or lack thereof, in my shaving lather. I know that the OP has trouble with some English made soaps and particularly with GFT. I have no problems with GFT soaps and in fact some of them are favorites and great performers. If I find a product that I don't like I give it away. I am not sure that it is particularly helpful to try and garner support for ones displeasure with a product. A helpful post in the appropriate thread is clearly another matter.

    Regards,

Can't say I ever really had a dud. If I don't like a soap I usually sell or occasionally PIF it. If I came across one that really was useless, I'd probably throw it away and maybe make a brief post advising people to proceed with caution. I'm not very adventurous and usually only buy stuff that's already had quite a lot of positive reviews around the forums or at least is made by a well known outfit. I don't always like it - the scent of MWF for instance but it's certainly good stuff.

I just secretly throw the duds away and never tell anyone, but if someone else posts on the forum about difficulties lathering this or that soap, I mock and sneer at their lack of lathering skills.
