R41 is Grande!!!!

I recently bought the R41. First time out got a great shave loaded with a Feather and using Poraso. I then saw the Grande. I saw that it was heavier. So I got to have it. Got one from West Coast Shave. All I can say is WoW!!!! Another great shave. Ran out of feathers so I threw in a Red Peronsa. What a great Shave. 2 passes with just a little touch up. Handle is a little slippery. I just wish the handle was like my Webber. Still a great razor. Anybody else have the Grande?

Don't have the Grande (I feared it would be as slippery as the regular handle), so I grabbed an iKon handle. It's totally awesome. Very very grippy, and heavy, the way I like it.

I just got my R41 Grande from WCS! I like it! I used the Derby blade it came with, but my choice for blades is the Astra SP or Shark. Can't wait to try the Astra SP's in it. I find the Derby blade to be a bit rough and prefer the smooth Astra SP.

I have the regular R41 - it's plenty aggressive enough for me, esp. with a Feather.
