    Default Rudy Vey Pens

Anyone have any experience with a Rudy Vey Pen?

I'm thinking about picking up a Statesman Jr. Historic Acrylic and would love to hear from anyone who has used the pen or currently owns one.

No luck? I guess I'll go with a Lamy Al-Star then.

I've never used any of Rudy's pens, but based on his work with brushes, it will be a top notch turning. I'm not sure where he kits his parts, but I've been happy with the quality of the pens (nibs) I've turned for myself.

You can probably contact him and arrange for a custom, one af a kind, designed to your specs.

Fantastic! I never for a moment doubted the workmanship as it appears flawless. My concern was with the writing experience. I've owned far too many "custom made" pens that looked beautiful but were either horribly imbalanced weight wise or utilized a low quality pen kit which delivered less than optimal performance due to poor flow and scratchy low quality nibs.
