I recently ordered a Semogue 2000 brush and became a little confused as the order screens ran through their sequence between WCS and paypal. Being a bit overly cautious about ordering online, I sent off an email to WCS to confirm that I had not double ordered.

Lili responded quickly and professionally with sensitivity to what turned out to be customer confusion.

Another thumbs up for Lili! A few weeks ago I placed an order, for something in the "scratch and dent". I wanted to make sure I got it before they sold out, so I rushed the order that night. I believe I may have been the first caller the next morning...she answered with a happy to help attitude, quickly provided me with what I needed and took care of me. Seems like most all companies have good customer service in this industry..but in my book WCS has top notch and it's because of people like Lili.

That was a Wed. Next thing I know my package is in my mailbox on Friday...in Florida!

Huge Thumbs up for Lili, she has been so much help even through my errors. I sent a package down to my buddies house who was going to bring it up for me (wanted a few AS and can't due to unable to ship AS). I was told the wrong address and needed to change it from fedex. She was so quick and kind on the phone and via email, definitely the best customer service I've had. Had no problem calling fedex and changing it for me, while keeping me updated. Top notch and will be my go to company now.

I just talked to her a few weeks back. I was contesting something stupid (I live in California so I have to pay tax on my orders and thought I was being charged too much) and she casually dealt with me in a pleasant manner without making me feel like a complete jerk.
