    Default Rubberset Aluminum #4

    Thought I'd share my first restore...had a bit of trouble getting the old knot out but it seems to have worked. Replaced the original boar with a 26MM Silvertip from TGN. Beautiful knot but it seems a bit floppy.

    Thanks! Debating if I want to polish the whole thing up to a mirror shine. My dilemma is that it currently looks fairly similar to my satin Futur. Close, but not a perfect match unfortunately.

    I did a brushed look on the top and on the handle grooves, then polished the other part of the handle. I will see if I can post a pic to show you the result. I also put a 26mm know it mine.
