Default My suggestion for breaking in new boar brushes

I just bought a new boar brush (Vulfix 406 "Burlington") and while it's breaking in it makes subpar lather (or i do, I'm still a newbie). To avoid using bad lather and having an uncomfortable shave, what I do is face lather with the boar and use that lather for Kyle's prep. Then I wipe off and lather using my badger. This ensures that I break in my boar while not sacrificing my shave. Hope this helps others.

    Sounds like a great idea!
Have a great shave, and great day. - Troy
