Hi guys, some of you may remember me from when I had a little webstore called Against The Grain. I've returned as a seller to offer Polsilver Super Iridium blades. Despite a few posts from some of the members in Europe, it seems that most people are generally unaware that Super Iridium blades were not discontinued, they have had a change in packaging and distribution. They are still being produced by PPI in St. Petersburg and are being sold under the Polsilver brand (as they have been in the past)
and are distributed by P&G Poland.

A bit of history: The Polsilver blades were introduced in Poland in the 1970's and made in Wizamet factory. Polsilver Super Iridium were introduced as the higher-tier blade over the Polsilver Stainless. Over the years, the Polsilver Stainless and SI/PSI have been sold concurrently with several different packagings of both, with the Super Iridiums sometimes being sold without the Polsilver brand. Gillette had bought the Wizamet factory in the 90's and then around 2005, production of the blades was moved to St. Petersburg. Also, at one point there was a blade made in the Czech Republic that went under the Polsilver Super Iridium name which apparently had some quality issues.
