OK, as a new DE shaver, I ordered an EJ89L, and then received my dad's old schick. I have been trying both razors and they both shave quite well. I did notice that the EJ is heavier, and sometimes its weight results in a closer shave. Both seem to be fairly mild. Is there a range of agressiveness in DE razors? I have read that the slant bar is agressive, but are there razors that fall between my razors and the slant bar?

They didn't start calling them kronas right away. It was just a Schick safety razor.
