This display is usually reserved for heads of state and esteemed dignitaries, but I've heard if you get a formal invitation from the Ouch household you might experience this first hand. j/k

    Default ZPM Nocturn

Not sure how legit this company is, but ZPM Espresso is planning to build a relatively inexpensive PID controlled espresso machine using modular components and open source their PID control software for customization.

I took the gamble and pre-ordered one the day or so after it was opened on Kickstarter.

I'll do a little review when it gets here (hopefully the beginning of April).

The Kickstarter backing price was $250 for the machine, tamper, t-shirt, shot glasses, and some coffee.

The price now for pre-orders is I think $350 for just the machine.

The regular retail ones won't ship until then, I think the Kickstarters are supposed to ship sometimes this spring.

The ZPM Espresso page on kickstarter.com has a video and more info, especially in the "updates" tab.
