Yes, that is the next goal. Although, I hear it's pretty tough, we're already working on many areas where we know there is room for improvement.

That's good. I have only placed one order with WCS as of yet. I am just now learning how to shave "correctly". However, my order somehow got misplaced and when I called to check on it they informed me of a "glitch" in the system and assured me it would be shipped out soon. Hopefully it will arrive quickly as my face is very unhappy with my current routine. I see that most have had good experience with west coast and I look forward to my new shaving journey.

Yes i was well taken care of. order arrived two days after my phone call. and with some samples included. Much appreciated, as i am new to this and can use samples to find out what products i like. as it turns out 2 of the 3 samples i recieved are now going to be regular items in my shave cabinet. Thanks WCS for the great customer service. i just placed my second order.
