Face lathered the impossible soap tonight, EJ Aloe Vera. Lost just one hair for second use, thin wimpy lather let some scritch through I did not detect with the previous QED shave.
Good backbone, less scritch than the Semogue 12'LE badger one.

34/100 made its way to So Cal today. What a great brush! I can't believe how dense the knot is and the workmanship on the handle is beautiful.

Mine was delivered on Monday per the USPS, but I still don't have it. I'm pretty sure it's at the sorting facility down the road, as this has happened before. With ANOTHER brush I was dying to get!

Admitted, I wasn't too keen on the keyhole design when I saw the prototype photo.
Now, #13 has arrived safe and sound in the small kingdom of Denmark
I have now changed my mind and I think it is the size of it, that makes the difference, it is larger than I expected - I love it
Thank you to B&B for initiating this project and a big thank you to a very skilled craftsman for making such a beautiful brush

I received #44 yesterday, and it looks great. A bit small, :-P
Haven't used it yet...going to attack the puck of TOBS Lavender that's been haunting me for 6 months now...

Anyone have a pic of this puppy in full bloom?
I think I have a photo lying around somewhere
It might bloom some more as this is after the first rinse lathering - still slightly damp.

Very nice surprise today in my mailbox!
#51/100 TGN knot!
Cant wait to use it tonight!
Thanks for the arko.
I have used my new brush, a Shavemac knot, for a few days now and am extremely pleased. There was a bit of initial shedding, maybe 7 hairs total, but that is to be expected.
My experience has been a few swipes in my cream tub, TOBS Jermyn Street, add some water and the lather just explodes with this brush. Very well made, comfy in the hand and top notch performance- what more could anyone want?

#4 arrived on Monday...the mailman put it in the special 'package' mailbox and forgot to put the key to that box in my mailbox.
Just gave it a quick bath with Dawn, lost a few hairs. Will shave with it today if it dries out in time, or Monday.
VERY nice. Pictures do not do it justice.

Final update: all the TGN knots are set in, everything but nine are packed, 26 labeled already and go to the drop box of my PO tomorrow morning. Three to Canada will be shipped on Monday. Would have loved to pack them all, but ran out of packaging peanuts....Started this morning at 9 am, and just finished up - packing and shipping always takes forever. After I get some packaging material tomorrow, the rest gets packed and shipping-labeled.
