That looks like a very nice knife and a great deal! Congratulations! Can't wait to hear your impressions of it.

The steel is a very good one. Maybe not quite up to the edge of VG10 but close enough I doubt most would even notice. And hardened to RC 60+ is a great place to be.

Did you find the thickness of the blade? I didn't see it.

I have something coming as well. Should take about 5 weeks (and it's not even a custom) but I'm going to wait until it lands to start a discussion. Until then I'm trying (and failing miserably) to wait patiently.
