Can somebody tell me whether I contacted Bernd using the right email address? I sent him an email to the address I found on Shavemac's web site a couple of days ago but still don't have an answer. Is it normal or does he have another email address that I'm not aware of?

I've used both menus and have asked for a specific handles from the "Off the Rack Brushes" with customized knot, loft & shape. He usually responds 48-60 hours later, keep in mind there is a time difference involved. Once you've settled on the specifics, you should receive a Price Quote and Order Form ~2-3 days.

Thanks, mftoms59. I've used the two links you mentioned to become literate about Shavemac's stuff. I know exactly what handle I want but wanted to customize the knot for it with Bernd.
