The title pretty much covers it. My name is Jake and I am about 2 weeks into using a D/E Gillette SS from 54. A few years ago I tried using an adjustable and had no clue, giving it up after a few shaves. Well this place is huge and there is a wealth of info here, glad to be a member.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I have had pretty decent shaves so far but need to work on my technique in regards to my neck particular under my chin and my jaw line. Getting better each day though. Right now I am really digging the results from some blue personnas and the speick cream in a tube. As far as aftershaves go 4711, ogalla, ivy league, and s-70 are all ones I enjoy.
