Top five soaps? ... um, five of the last eight I used. (If I used them longer ago than that, I've probably forgotten about their finer details and nuances, so can't be sure of good judging.)

Well, as best I can, top five soaps ... limited to those that I have actually used ...

    1. Penhaligons (tallow 1 or 5)
    2. DH Harris Arlington
    3. Tabac

... after that it gets a bit fuzzy. In no particular order Speick,T&H, I suspect I'd put them there ... I know MWF won't make the list nor any 'soaper' soaps ... it's been a long long time since I've used any other soaps ...
Be there or be square. Only I can do both!
I've got a cat named Beefeater and a dog named Beefeater, and two goldfish called Beefeater and Beefeater. There's Beefeater my hamster and Beefeater my horse, and my piglet, known as Beefeater of course.

I have only tried Proraso shave creme and Williams shave soap...I put my money into the Proraso and it is to hard on my sensitive skin so I had to go buy some Williams which was the only other choice I could find in my area and i'm not a big fan of it

    Irisch Moos
    Tabac
    RazoRock Napolean's Violet
    Speick
    Mama Bear's

Now, last week MWF probably would have been in 3rd place. I used it for the first time last week. After the first shave I was totally impressed and was considering it to be very close to Irisch Moos and Tabac. Unfortunately after shaving with it three times, I'm afraid I may have a sensitivity to lanolin. Also, I tried Mama Bear's for the first time today and was very impressed. This is saying alot as I usually do NOT like non-tallow soaps at all. I used the aromatic pipe tobacco one and dang if that stuff doesnt smell exactly like cherry pipe tobacco. Going to try the Bay Rhum one tommorrow.

Consider Mama Bears Ye Old Barbershop or her Sandalwood/Vanilla scents.

Will-do! I wanted to get the Ye Old Barbershop but the shipping to Canada adds up pretty quickly so I had to narrow it down. Those will be next on my list. It's hard to decide because she has tons of different scents and many of them sound great to me.

    - D.R. Harris Arlington
    - Irisch Moos
    - Institute Karite
    - MWF
    - Coates LE Cream (Tea Tree and Rosemary) or Arko if I can't sneak in a cream.

It's funny how I didn't hesitate to remove MWF by placing it with the cream, but I almost did it with Arko. By all accounts, Arko is a better performer for me then MWF. I just think I'm not a stick guy.

    TABAC (love it)
    TOBS St James
    DOVO

I went a little overboard and ordered tubs of every TOBS cream and 4 different trumpers creams. Working my way through them. Kinda wish I could shave more than once a day. Lots of love for cella here. I really don't like the almond scent for some reason.
