13/16 Puma Gold 78 Straight razor

Haven't been around in a while for a number of reasons...I hope it's ok to post this razor even though I haven't been here in a bit. If not, I'm sure someone will contact me.

I think you all know this one. I've seen very few of these Puma Golds in the 78 (13/16) size ever hit eBay or even the BST. Never thought I'd be putting mine up for sale, but here it is. I barely shave , so this one has just been sitting in a drawer looking pretty and I don't like to hoard.


Razor is 13/16. Round point. ~1-1.5mm hone wear on the spine. Gold wash was buffed off. I only buffed lightly with emory compound (NO greaseless or sandpaper). There are faint scratches from the emory. Some staining and pitting as seen in pictures. I saw no pitting on the edge or near it on a loupe. Scales were re-peened by me. I think I did pretty well, lol. Razor does not come shave ready, it just needs to be dialed in a bit. I'm trying to think of every flaw, but I think you guys can tell that this is a beautiful razor. Damn, even as I write this, I sort of regret it...
