    Default Shave Jar

Apparently, since discovering the best shaves of my life, I talk about shaving all the time. So much in fact, that my wife has vowed to start a shave jar in the house. Everytime I say the word "shave" or talk about anything shaving related, it will cost me $1.00 to add to the jar.
I had no idea that I talked about it that much, according to my wife. She says that the shave jar will send our kids to university!!!
Anyone else run into anything similar?

I think perhaps this is in the wrong place. Either that or we could use pics and a price ;)

    Sounds familiar.

You might want to post this thread in the General Discussion Forum.

My Wife has said pretty much the same thing about me with regard to talking about coffee. Wet shaving is much more accepted by the Wife, but she has low tolerance for talking about coffee. Of course, I only have seven razors and one brush, but I have stockpiled about 100 pounds of green coffee.

Ha, ha. Well that means for you – B&B truly is a sanctuary!

What I did was: While watching the kids in the tub, I started to fiddle with her “products.” After the,“what are you doing, and don’t touch that?” I simply told her, “You know, now that I have started to really take care of my face via shaving, this stuff kind of interests me.”

I listened patiently while she espoused the virtues of this and that, and truthfully, kind of found it interesting. Two days later she bought me a razor and is now telling others how great my skin looks!!

    Win –win I say!

She hasn't caught onto this yet, so it hasn't cost me anything, but I can relate to this.

Shhhhhhhh! If my wife reads this thread, I'm COOKED! She already rolls her eyes at "shave" or "razor"!

$1 a word - Gee, I might as well ... wait a minute, I'm not going to let her read this thread-so I'm not worried!
