    Default FS: Satin Dovo Razor/Brush Stand w/Custom Afzelia SOLD

    SOLD - Donation on way to B&B. Thanks all!

    Dovo stainless steel razor stand/brush holder in satin finish. Used for a while but has been in the cabinet for quite some time. The circular base is padded underneath to resist tipping...the his very heavy. Zero scratches or sign of wear at all. On most websites you will find this for $100 plus shipping. This brush was hand turned by Matt of the Thomas Anthony Company and has seen very little use - maybe a dozen shaves. It is carved from Afzelia burl and has a disc in the cap which is Mexican Abalone shell. The hair grade is "super silvertip". I apologize for the poor cell phone camera pics - the hair of the brush is in NOT yellow at all. I am asking $50 for the brush, $30 for the stand or $75 for the set which includes shipping in the US. I will ship Internationally but please PM to discuss options. Please feel free to ask for additional images or measurements.     This may be a silly question, but since I haven't heard of it before, is "super silvertip" softer than standard silvertip?

    What is the knot size and loft on the brush? Height of the handle?

    That is one beautiful brush
