    Jrobinhood,
I just got your PIF today and the Pinaud Special Reserve is awesome! I opened the lid the minute I got it into the house and put a drop or two on immediately. Only one problem, now I have to buy some! Thanks again!

Changing up my PIF a little. I have arranged my shaving creams in order from 1-13. Pick 3 numbers from 1-13 and those will be the 3 creams that you get Pifed to you. Some from the selection are RazoRock, Al Raz Custom Blend, PdP, Proraso, Erasmic, Burt's Bees, Taylor of Old Bond Street. Have fun!

The idea of the never-ending pif is just that: An endless string of pif's. If you see something on the list below that you would like to try, feel free to claim it. In return, you agree to add a pif from your own den to the list. Use the following procedure:

    1
. Post in this thread saying you'd like to claim the offering (first to post in thread has "dibs")
    2. Pm the donor of that item with your mailing info.
    3. Once confirmed, re-post the list, removing the donor's name and item and adding your own. If you'd like to wait until you receive the item before offe
ring your pif, simply place a "?" after your name instead.

There is no limit to how often you can play, but a member may only have one outstanding pif at a time. That is, you are ineligible to claim another pif until someone claims yours. There are no pif advance credits.

I received Jrobinhood's PIF today. This is my first PIF and it was exciting opening up the box and seeing all the samples of new goodies for me to try. I absolutely love the GFT Violet cream and was thrilled to finally try the Astra SP that everyone raves about. Thanks for giving me a pleasant experience with my first PIF, Jrobinhood.

    • Bravoure, your PIF of Black Tie soap came in. It's a subtle smell but I like it, I don't think this will be re-PIF'd. Thanks!

I just got back from my trip back home to visit my family in Pittsburgh. While I was out there, I stopped by The Art of Shaving. I do believe that I'll include some samples in my upcoming PIF.

Thanks for the heads up, I feel like I am one of the few people in the world who hasn't tried AOS yet so I'm very interested in this.

It's very good stuff! I use their pre-shave oil (not so much anymore), Sandalwood soap & cream & AS, Lemon soap & cream, Ocean Kelp cream...can you tell I'm a fan?

I recommend you don't go to sleep, refresh the page every 20 sec's and keep on eye out for JonM...he could post any minute now, and you don't want to miss it!

I wasnt much impressed by the unscented samples i had (the pre-shave oil didn't feel like it did anything other than take away the menthol on poraso for a pass). I had more nicks with than without it, YMMV! But their balm is good and the shave cream irritated/burned a little bit (yah, i have somewhat sensitive skin) it has been the only cream besides QCS Vostok (for other reasons) to do that. But YMMV as alot of folks on here use nothing but AOS and it gets good reviews by most people! Enjoy them!
