That is a title, it changes as your post count changes.

There are dozens of titles based on your post count. The Mods have lost of fun with them.

If you're asking what does that particular title mean, I think it means because you're new with a low post count, you're likely new to DE/Straight razor shaving as well, therefore you are still in remission from your M3 days. M3 = Gillette Mach 3 razor. At least that's how I interpret it. As you post more you're title will change, in general reflecting a climb up the 'wetshaving experience' ladder...sort of.

The titles do change as your post increases, but after some time if you don't get stuck with a custom title, you'll never know what might turn up. I think that that not knowing is part of the fun.

If I'm not mistaken, I was at M3 in my third month (Month 3), but it could be a coincidence.
This should help: http://wiki.badgerandblade.com/Titles

Unfortunately, it sounds like being in remission from the M3 form of acute myelogenous leukemia.

Mods: I truly think the moderators should get rid of this terrible title.
(No, I have no personal experience with it)
I would have to disagree. I'm a physician and I would offer most of my patients who have had M3 AML (APL) would not be offended by the title. In fact, most would be happy that a patient with APL is in remission. My guess is anyone could misinterpret any title on here to suggest something offensive, however, I don't think there is a thing wrong with the title of "In M3 Remission". Just my opinion.

Wow, I thought the Nancy Boy Nanny guy was a buzzkill.
It's obviously referring to the Bucharest subway line http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bucharest_Metro_Line_M3
Just call me Chris.
Under my name there is the message, "In M3 remission". I did not enter this message/title. I don't know what it is supposed to mean and I see a couple/few other users have the same message. What does it refer to? I was assuming since the one fellows title contained the word "Bimmer" and had a pic of a BMW that it referred to the BMW M3. Any help or clues? Thanks!!
