Aftershave to follow La Toja stick?

I have been using a La Toja shaving stick a lot lately. The scent is hard to describe for me--something "no frills" and everyday about it, that's all. Can anyone suggest a relatively economical aftershave that would complement it? I've just been using Thayer's Original unscented afterwards and this seems to work well. But what about a scented aftershave?

I find that a bay rum scented aftershave goes well with the La Toja stick or cream. I like Aubrey Spice Island...gonna try it with Dominica Bay Rum.

I've also used Musgo Real with it before and that works okay, but I like the Bay Rum scent with it more.

Good call. I forgot about that. Anything more domestic though?

I prefer to use Tabac or Pinaud Clubman original with La Toja

Thanks for the suggestions. Actually, I've been thinking about Pinaud Clubman and especially the 4711 aftershave, so thanks for confirming these. The Floid is mentholated, I believe, although it might bring things full circle if I start out with Proraso pre-shave. A little bit pricey here Stateside though ($25 US).
