It's generally pretty well thought of, but it's the only frag I've ever know of to warn people not to spaying clothes due to staining.

Good value for money with bottles being cheap these days. Smells good, warm, spicey and woody with plenty of cedar.

It didn't work on my skin. What I smelled in the bottle and what I smelled on my skin were just too different. It's funny, certain scents just smell like skunk on my skin.

I found Dirty English at Marshall's and like it a lot. Opened with a cedar note that smells like a walk-in cedar closet, then evolves with a bit of powdery vanilla coming in. Later, I found Gucci pour Homme in the black and white checked box at Marshall's, and found it to be very similar to Dirty English only smoother and more elegant smelling. I think they are both good scents that could be easily worn just about anywhere.

My opinion is the opposite, in fact when I put my dirty clothes in the washer I can still smell the scent on the clothes I was wearing when I put the cologne on.

It is also my favorite scent. Even though many people say it's a more casual smell, I wear it often. Not to say a formal scent, but it will still hold through many events in my opinion.

I think the issue with longevity is after maybe 2 hours it is no longer projecting. I can smell it on my clothes the next day, but after a couple hours no one near me can smell it...unless they stick their nose on my collar.

I wouldn't really say its a casual scent either. Like jakespoppy said it smells close to gucci pour homme which is a pretty rich scent. dirty english is like the EdC version of gucci PH...

It's very warm and completely different than anything out there. I've only worn it once when I bought a small bottle, and still really do not know if I like it. Probably suited more for cold weather.
