I just tried a Gillette 7 O'Clock labeled as Permasharp Stainless, it came in a green package and the blade itself said Permasharp Stainless; are this the same labeled as Super stainless?? I wanna make a bulk buy; but don't wanna buy the wrong blade![]()

No, they are different. Perma Sharps are from India, I believe, and the Super Stainless from St Petersburg, Russia.

I ain't as good as I once was...but I'm as good once as I ever was.
As far as I know there are two types of Green 7 O'clocks.
One made in Russia and the other in India as shown below.
Neither was very comfortable to my face but others love them. As always with
blades YMMV.

I'm using a Russian Green at present. It does a nice job, but not I like the Russian Blue a lot more.
Cheers.
If you can try the India version's the "Black" Super Platinum is by far the best of the set.
I agree with you about the Indian Greens. I am very happy with them as blades. There is an ebay vendor on Long Island selling them in bulk. The Indian sellers I used a few months ago seem to have dried out.....500 blades for $92 shipped.

Would be interested in what else you find out there.....
Any particular differences between the greens and the yellows? I have never tried greens, but right now the yellows are tied with Feathers as the best in my rotation.
I'm a big fan ofthe yellows. The green's just don't feel as sharp to me but YMMV.

I would jump to the platinums if you are going gillette if you can.
To me these Gillette blades are a YMMV to some extent. Some find the Yellows very rough, especially on the first shave (I know I do). The Russian Greens were more of the same to me. I did find the current production (cardboard box) GBEs from Russia to be excellent.
As to the Blacks, I don't find them any better than the Indian Greens in ways that I like. The Blacks are slightly smoother with shorter longevity to me, as well as costing a lot more. I find the Indian Greens the best value proposition.
