Proper Application to applying sprays?

I bought a modular paddle setup from SRD and they included a bottle of 15 carrot .5 Micron Diamond Spray. I don't know if the entire linen side of the strop gets lightly sprayed or saturated? How long will an application last?

Lightly is better, too much is just a waste of material. I am not sure about spraying the linen tho...didn't you get a rock hard wool? Linen is already abrasive on its own, so I dont know how it would be with diamond on it. I get good results from the diamond on balsa, and then the really fine stuff on leather. If you are spraying a wool substrate you have to go really lightly, as too much moisture will cause the wool to expand and end up uneven.

I would say unless you do 10 razors a day the diamond will last longer than a Kardashian Marriage....I have charged my strops once in a year, which was the initial application.

Do a couple light sprays over the entire felt area, do not saturate it. Then let it dry before use.
