I noticed that the last couple of times I used my Duke 2 it lost between 5 to 10 bristles. Should I be giving Lee a call or will it subside?

Well, the water is hot from the sink, but the brush sits in the scuttle while I'm shaving.
It's common for a shave brush to shed the first couple of weeks. After that I would be concerned.
You could lose a clump from that Duke and it would still work perfectly. One thing I hate though is pulling the hair out of the cream, or when it sheds on your face.

I don't think I have lost more than 5 bristles in my C&E after a month use. Lucky, I guess.

Considering I have used the brush maybe a total of 10 times, I will wait it out and see how it goes.
Good call. I'd recommend giving it at least 30 shaves before making a decision. Best of luck.
