Not a monster salmon shark but a trophy for me

nice walleye!! i grew up catching those out on harsen's island mi. i love the cheeks. they are like scallops.
i used to chug for them.

Poor shark....

i took up fly fishing last year, only tried a few times on small lakes from a canoe and in weeded areas for pike...all i caught was trees, rocks etc behind me...

oh a positive note, i learned how to change flies quit quickly

Join the club I end up feeding the fish. I am not even allowed to go fishing with my buddies anymore, it seems I am bringing bad luck.

Fishing, probably one of my greatest passions. Never caught a shark that big. Caught plenty of salmon though.

Was this a fish for eating? Never heard of that kind of shark before, but as a general rule, shark is great eating.
