And now a problem with my Lamy 2000!?!

Ugh, this has been a bad couple of months with my fountain pens :( . My Lamy 2000 is now leaking around where the top screws on and off to load ink. Leak with water, Iroshizuku ink and Monteblanc ink. It starts beading up right where the "split" is...Is this going to be something I can fix somehow? I haven't had this problem until I loaded it this morning. I loaded it the same way I have for the last 10 years...I would be crushed if this was the end of my favorite pen.

My guess is that the seal/gasket at the top of the piston mechanism has failed - I would take it to your local Lamy shop (or contact the US distributor) and it should be readily repairable.
