Weber Stainless Steel Razor Updates

Some updates to the Weber razor website http://www.weberrazor.com looks like the head has been redesigned (very Merkur-ish)and is heat treated and coated.They are supposed to be available next month.It is encouraging to see a U.S.A made safety razor coming to the market.

I wonder how much it will cost. If it's affordable I may try one sometime.

I've got some additional correspondence about pricing and if they intend to coat the handles as well as the head, if I hear back I'll update.

If they do the whole razor in black and it's a quality shaver, I would definitely be in for one.

It really does look like they took a casting of a Merkur head for their design.

Interest definitely piqued...

The black head looks odd to me, but I can see why it might make DE shavers curious.

That black head is sexy as hell. Like if Batman where to shave, it would be in this color. lol. First time I've seen one though. Pretty cool.
