    Default Cheers From Alaska

Hello everybody, short time lurker, first time poster.

I've started off DE shaving about two months ago. I have a Parker 96R and bought a 115 blade sampler a month ago. The one that I am loving the most so far is the Feather, despite the "scary" notion around them, I've had quite non-bloody experiences with them. The only downfall of my experiences so far is that I haven't used any good lather. Thankfully to WCS, I just bought some St. James TOBS a few days ago and it should be here in a day or two.

I'm stoked to learn a bunch of new things about this (still) new venture in shaving.

Haha, which AA did you try? The winter pale ale is a pretty popular deal up here. I don't drink but the drinkers I hang around with are fairly big on it.

    Congratulations and salutations.

A fan of the red hook myself (a beer I drank when on a contract in Anchorage back in '97).

And apologies to you good sir as you are from Palmer but I left my heart in Talkeetna.

    Welcome!

    Hey goatee,

Glad you qualified that it was the FISH and not the girl at 8' and 400lbs!
