Definitely agree.
This new formula has me intrigued. Old formula Omega was almost as good as SMN, but old formula Proraso never did much for me. If the new Proraso is as good as the old Omega I will definitely get some and add it to my rotation.

Did SMN decrease the quantity - and increase the price?
I just received tub as a gift and it is 220 ml (7.4 oz). I have seen pictures of tubs with 250 ml.

Since this works out to about $8/oz, is it worth double say for instance AOS creams at $4/oz?

I'd love to try this stuff one of these days, but I'm a little worried about the lanolin. Both MWF soap and Musgo Real cream irritated my face (although I use bath soap containing lanolin with no problem).
The only AOS cream that I had only lasted about a month. In the past 5 years I have gotten at least a years worth of shaves from the tub of SMN. So mathematically the SMN is a better value, after that it is all preference. If I had nothing but SMN and AOS I would be very happy and would have a tough time choosing each day. The big advantage that AOS has is more flavors.
