Created a Frankenrazor!

Created my own Frankenrazor today I have gotten MANY mismatched razors in the past few years but never actually been the party responsible for one.


Brass Long Comb NEW baseplate, 40's Tech cap and BRW Bull Mastiff handle
Makes for a nice two-tone razor with alot of heft and shaves FANTASTIC!

Damn, Slim . . . leave it up to you!!

I'd bet that shaves like a dream! I like the long-comb, but the typical NEW cap (with all its plating gone) tends to drag on my face. Many Tech caps fit that base and will eliminate the "copper-top" feel.

Of course, Bob's handle is a genuine work of art . . .

thanks Brad! that was the ONE thing I didn't like about the NEW, the shape the cap was in with all the plating gone. I do not care for Tech's so I thought "why not?" The Bull Mastiff is indeed a work of art. Better than anything KC Gillette himself ever built.
