    Default Fatip Razors

I received a small shipment of Fatip razors today . Because this is a discontinued item and I likely will not be able to acquire more, I am not going to put them on my website. The cost is $37.50 per razor shipped CONUS. Please send me a PM if you would like one. First come, first served. When they are gone, they are gone.

One of my favorites to shave with Phil, had to have another thank you sir, just in case it melts or vaporizes.

How does it compare to the R41?

The Fatip head razors were the FIRST Muhle R89 razors, and as far as I know, the first Muhle open comb. In my opinion it's a better razor than the R41, but it's also a more traditional one. Before the R41, I considered it to be the most aggressive razor available, period.

From personal experience with both on the aggression scale.... Fatip 8 3/4 out of 10, the R41 2011 10 out of 10 as they say YMMV, either way they are both capable tools that will deliver a BBS shave, however at the price Phil is offering it at, how can you go wrong?.

Sorry about that. They pop up from time to time at one of my distributors. I will certainly keep my eyes open for additional stock but do not have high hopes.

I missed it again! Less than $40 shipped, you can't beat that!

I just received word from my distributor that they have located an additional batch of Fatip razors. Again, because this will not be renewable stock (discontinued item) I will not put them on my website. It looks like I have an additional 24 on the way. Please send me a PM if you would like to reserve one. My cost went up slightly so the new batch will be $42.00 shipped CONUS.

A $42 shipped price is still pretty good in the USA - I ordered one from a supplier in Italy this week for delivery to the UK (which is really not that far away), and the price was approx $40.
