Poor Experience with Citizen Watch Repair Service

I bought an Eco-Drive back in July of 2010. I got the extended warranty on the watch even though Citizen seems to have a good track record. I took my watch in to get the crystal replaced back in August. About a month later, I get the watch back and the chronometer function isn't working. I send it back and wait for another month. I go to pick it up today and the chronometer hand is sitting on the two second mark of the watch and will neither reset or work. Now I get to wait ANOTHER month for a repair for something they broke and wonder if the damned thing will work when I get it back this time. I am not impressed and likely will never buy another Citizen.

That's awful service. I hope they give you a replacement if it comes back broken again because they clearly can't fix the watch.

I wonder why they don't simply replace the watch.

Also, it's chronograph, I always mix the two up also, but a pretty big difference none the less.
