Default Storage & Display for Our Brushes - Thanks to My Husband

Okay, I'll admit I've had a pretty bad case of SBAD or maybe the bathroom counter just wasn't big enough.......

I'd been trying to figure out a way to store and display our brushes off the counter for quite a while. I'd thought about putting some shelves up next to the razor display cabinet that is mounted over the toilet, but thoughts of dropping one of our brushes into the toilet haunted me.

hummm.... How to keep the brushes displayed close at hand with good air circulation????... Then I started thinking about some sort of shadow box built into the wall....... maybe if I had the mirror cut down in size....... Finally, I had an epiphany! Who needs a medicine cabinet anyway?

So this is how it goes.... I dream it up and my poor husband ends up having to turn it into reality.

Here are the brushes off the counter.

    I think he did good!

    looks great, like a museum!

so, if you have a headache... grab two Simpsons...

if you get a cut, maybe apply pressure with a Toggle...

where did all the medicinal stuff go to live?

Actually, It forced me to clean and organize the linen closet.

Most of the small stuff from the medicine cabinet fit in a small plastic storage box with drawers that I put on a shelf in the closet.
Besides my husband had already built this for the linen closet.

Wow! That's really nice. Your husband does some really nice, detailed work. You both have to be really proud of the work that went into it and the outcome.

Awesome displays and thanks for the ideas. I don't have much space in my bathroom, but I do have spaces between studs.

What brush is that on the same shelf as your Rooney Leopards next to the acrylic? Looks like a flat top?
