Hypo-allergenic After Shaves?

Hello all,

I'm in my first week of DE shaving; I shaved three days is a row using Col. Conk Lime Soap and Nivea Replenishing After Shave balm. The third day, my face was quite red, but it didn't really feel like razor burn. I didn't shave this morning to give my face a rest, and I put AS only on the right side of my face. The redness is back, and much worse on the right side, which leads me to believe I may be having an allergic reaction to something in the NRASB. Anyone have a similar reaction? Any suggestions for hypo-allergenic AS's?

Thanks very much,

OP

I used to use Clinique Post Shave Healer, seen here.
I'm pretty sure it was hypoallergenic, as a great deal of Cliniques products are. It was a very nice and soothing lotion/balm. No real scent to speak of. They have others now too. You may want to check it out.

Depends on what in the product it is you're allergic to. There are literally thousands of different balms and splashes out there, you should be able to find many that do work for you.
